John Dugger, of Carlisle, was arrested for assault after police were called to a local trailer park. The victim suffered visible injuries from the assault but did not need medical treatment. Dugger was charged with simple assault and harassment.

Police were called to a truck terminal in reference to employees fighting. Randy Kuhn, of Elizabethtown, was arrested for harassment for "chest bumping" the victim.
Favian Padilla, of Carlisle, was stopped on the Harrisburg Pike for following too closely. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to booking where he refused a legal blood draw. His PBT was .230. His license is also suspended.

A vehicle described only as a dark "small" car struck another vehicle as it was trying to make a left turn into a driveway off of S. Middlesex rd. Anyone with information on the striking vehicle that fled the scene is asked to call 249-7191.

Skye Bennett, of Carlisle, was stopped on the Harrisburg Pike for following another vehicle too closely and swerving. She was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to booking where she submitted to a legal blood draw. Her PBt was .134.

Brian S Radle, of Carlisle, was stopped on the Harrisburg Pike for swerving and a broken brake light. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI and transported to booking where he submitted to a legal blood draw, his PBT was .134.

Police were summoned to the Regency Woods N trailer park for a domestic assault. The suspect, Douglas Failor, had fled the scene prior to the victim calling Police. The victim suffered several visible injuries but refused EMS. Douglas was arrested just before 0700 hours this morning when he finally returned to the residence. He was charged with simple assault, harassment, and terroristic threats.

Police and EMS were called a local truck stop for a female who was attacked in a tractor trailer by her boyfriend. Police arrived and found the victim with multiple injuries from being hit and thrown out of the truck. The suspect, Jeffrey Dunn, of Buffalo MO, was arrested for simple assault and harassment he was taken to booking to await arraignment.

Fire Dept and Police were called to a field behind the Meadowbrook Farms development for a hay bail on fire. On arrival the fire was determined to have been set intentionally based on the fact newspaper was scattered around the bail. Anyone with information should call 249-7191.
All suspects, and "arrested" individuals are innocent until proven guilty in court.
